I just placed my order, how long before it ships?

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped by our shipping and fulfillment team.

 

How long before I receive my order?

Please allow a 3-7 business days for US orders before your order reaches your destination. Unfortunately, we are unable to track International Orders once your order ships outside US territory.

During COVID-19 shipping times may increase and once we ship your order through USPS. We are not able to control the shipping of your order once it is in USPS possession. If your item is lost or delayed in transit we encourage to reach out to USPS to get an update from them on the status of your order and to file a claim.

 

Can I get a refund for my order?

All items are final sale. If there is a concern with an item you purchase you can exchange for another item or be issued a store credit. Please email us at boutiques@pinkypromisemovement.com for exchanges or any concerns with your order.

 

What is your exchange policy?

Please note that apparel items can be returned for a size exchange only within 14 days of purchase. Books, journals and jewelry are not eligible for return or exchange. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Items must have original tags intact. All returns must be made at your own cost with proof of postage and tracking provided to our shipping and fulfillment team (boutiques@pinkypromisemovement.com) to track your package on its way to our facility. Please return items for exchange to the following shipping address:

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, we are not able to process return orders. All sales are final. Only store credit will be offered or exchange for a different size if available for apparel items. Please note that books, journals, and jewelry are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Can I get a refund on my shipping cost?

Unfortunately we do not refund postage/shipping cost on US or International Orders.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped by our shipping and fulfillment team you will get a notification with your tracking number via USPS send to the email address used at the time of purchase.If you have not received your tracking number please email us at boutiques@pinkypromiseomovement.com.

 

I only received part of my order, where are my other items?

We are sorry to hear this! Your order my have been shipped out in multiple packages due to one or more of your items needing to be restocked. Therefore resulting in a later shipping date for said item(s). If you have not been contacted by one of our team members then please email us at boutiques@pinkypromisemovement.com.

 

Can I use a different shipping address than my billing address?

Yes, you can but this must be done during the purchase process. Please be sure that you are putting in correct shipping address you want your order to be deliver to. We can not retrieve or stop a package once it has been processed and shipped through USPS.

 

What do I do if I received the wrong item?

We are so sorry to hear this! Please email us at boutiques@pinkypromisemovement.com so that we can correct your order!

 

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once you submit your order our team has started to process your items to make sure a speedy delivery. We are unable to cancel an order once it has been completed.
